Advent Devotionals
This year Pastor Steve will have an Advent Devotion available daily through the church website, email and Facebook. We have a very limited number of Devotions that been printed for those who do not have internet access. Our members who are in facilities and were on the homebound list prior to COVID-19 will be receiving a devotional by mail. The remaining printed copies will be available beginning on Sunday, November 29th on the table by the Upper Room Devotionals next to the Fellowship Hall. If you know of a member who is homebound and does not have internet to access Pastor Steve's devotional, please feel free to pick one up and deliver it to them. Thank you for helping us to reach out to those at home this Advent season.
Celebrate Recovery Sweatshirts
CR has a limited amount of sweatshirts they are selling for $25 each. The proceeds will go toward a community outreach Christmas project. Please see Shan Kay to purchase a CR sweatshirt and help them reach out to someone in our community.
Communion Elements Pick-Up
Just a reminder that if you have requested a Communion Kit, please be sure to pick it up at the church between November 30th and December 4th inside the Front Door during regular church hours: Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM & Friday from 8:00 AM to Noon. If you or someone you know would like to participate in the month of December, please contact Donna Hall at wareaglegrad74@gmail.com by November 26th to let her know the name to go on the bag and the number of Communion elements needed.

Creating Camp Connections Fundraiser
The 2nd Annual Creating Camp Connections Fundraiser for Camp Sumatanga is underway! Many thanks to everyone who supported the 1st fundraiser last year. Thanks to your donations, a new water tank now serves our needs at Camp Sumatanga! This year the fundraiser supports getting Camp Sumatanga ready to open for on-site use again. Naomi Girls Needs Recommendations
We are asking for recommendations from members of our congregation, based on their personal experience, for different types of work such as home repair, landscaping, plumbing, etc. This is to create a network list for our Naomi Girls and they will share with anyone who has a need. If you have a personal recommendation, please contact Candy at the church office.
Worship Tech Ministry Opportunities:
The Worship Tech Team is currently looking for volunteers to assist in running the computer for the screens, the Sling for livestreaming and the soundboard. You will be taught everything you need to know and it is a great way to help in the production of our weekly services. If you're interested in joining our team, please contact Dan Shirah or the church office.
Mentors Needed for Youth Services
You can make a difference! Volunteer mentors are needed at the Vacca Campus of the Department of Youth Services. If you are interested or need more information, please contact Jim McDonald. Application forms are available at the church office.

Stephen Ministry
During these uncertain times (financial stress, health concerns, loss of loved ones), you may find you need someone to talk to. A Stephen Minister is a congregation member who walks beside someone who is hurting due to a death, divorce, illness, family issues, etc. The Stephen Minister has been carefully selected and trained to serve in this role because of his or her caregiving gifts. He or she listens, cares, prays, supports, and encourages when meeting each week with his or her care receiver for as long as there is a need. These meetings may take place in person, by video or by phone.
