Youth Ministry News
Youth will meet in the youth room on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:15 pm
—Youth fundraiser: The youth are hosting an envelope fundraiser. Outside of Phillip’s office are numbered envelopes. We encourage our church family to stop by and consider taking one of these envelopes. The number on each envelope is the suggested donation. We ask the donation to be placed in the envelope and returned back to the church by either being placed in the offering plate or returned to the office. As you consider donating, we ask that you pray for our student ministry, the students, the volunteers, and the growth we have seen so far. We are hoping this fundraiser will be a great start to help our ministry host events during this school year and also help us grow our ministry not only physically, but spiritually and emotionally. Thank you for all of your love and support.

The training and growth classes for new Stephen Ministers will begin on Wednesday, September 21st at 6:15 p.m. The 50-lesson training grows and hones existing skills and teaches new approaches for walking alongside individuals who are experiencing challenges in their daily life, often through the death of a loved one, divorce or family issue, loss of a job or other financial change, or a health crisis. Stephen Ministers work one-on-one with a care receiver as they address the life challenge.
