"Genesis For Normal People" Sundays at 9:45 AM
The Wanderers class is studying the book of Genesis. This week, we're having a refresher for the first few chapters of our book so if you're curious, now is a great time to see what it's about. Genesis isn't quite the story we think it is. It's an ancient book and part of a bigger story, not about creation or humans but about Israel, their identity, and God. We can certainly see ourselves in that story, but we must let it speak on its terms, not restricted by our own expectations. We have books in the room, so come on up.
WANDERERS class is a place for anyone who's not sure, a place for all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. It's an open discussion with a relaxed atmosphere, free from judgment and traditional boundaries. Sundays at 9:45 AM, in Room 154 above the church offices, upstairs from the sanctuary.
