Scam Alert
As email scams have become more numerous lately, TFUMC wants to make everyone aware that the church, or any of our pastors, will NEVER text or email members of the church, asking for assistance with gift cards. Please delete these types of requests. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the church office.
Worship Tech Ministry Opportunities
The Worship Tech Team is currently looking for volunteers to assist in running the computer for the screens, the Sling for livestreaming and the soundboard. You will be taught everything you need to know and it is a great way to help in the production of our weekly services. If you're interested in joining our team, please contact Dan Shirah or the church office.
Stephen Ministry
During these uncertain times (financial stress, health concerns, loss of loved ones), you may find you need someone to talk to. A Stephen Minister is a congregation member who walks beside someone who is hurting due to a death, divorce, illness, family issues, etc. The Stephen Minister has been carefully selected and trained to serve in this role because of his or her caregiving gifts. He or she listens, cares, prays, supports, and encourages when meeting each week with his or her care receiver for as long as there is a need. These meetings may take place in person, by video or by phone. If you could benefit from the confidential, one-to-one care and support of a Stephen Minister or would like to obtain more information, please contact Martha Cusimano at 205-601-9124 or mmcusimano@centurytel.net.
