Pastor Steve’s New Devotional
“See You At The Plate” The new 365 day devotional by Dr. Steve Strange is now available. You can purchase a copy through Pastor Steve (he accepts Venmo) or through the church office. The cost is $21.99 each and if you are writing a check, please make it payable to Steve Strange. While this price seems low for a book this size, it will still enable Pastor Steve to gift some of the books where they are most needed. Be sure to purchase one soon!
Football Sponsors
If you sponsored a football player this year, Christmas is just around the corner. If you would like to put a copy of Dr. Steve’s new 365-day devotion in the hands of your team member for Christmas, please contact the church office. The cost of the devotion is $21.99. Brunch with Santa
Join us for brunch with Santa on December 11th from 10am-12pm. This is a kids-only event, so drop them off with us and finish up your shopping! We will have pancakes, bacon, fruit and juice. We will celebrate Jesus’ birth, have a visit from Santa and the Grinch, build gingerbread nativities and make keepsake crafts. Tickets are $10/child - make your reservation today! Live Nativity on Sunday!
Our Live Nativity will be this Sunday, December 12th from 5:00 pm until 6:30 pm. Along with the live animals, we will also have our Sanctuary open for guests to move inside, hear Christmas music, hear the bells play, view the decorations and, possibly, discover their new Church home. Behold 2022
January 15-17. Behold is a youth retreat designed for 6th - 12th grade students. Worship consists of segments of fun and interaction, great modern worship music led by dynamic worship leaders and bands, and a challenging message from the conference speaker. The youth will be leaving at 11 AM Saturday the 15th returning Monday the 17th in the early afternoon. Cost is $100 per student. To register for the event, visit fumctrussville.com/behold-signup

Stephen Minister Training
Is God calling you to consider being a Stephen Minister?
Training to become a Stephen Minister involves about two hours per week for 24 weeks (not unlike a Disciple Bible study. The classes are held on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:15 p.m. The next training sessions will begin in late January and wrap up in June.
