Annual Easter Ferns Sale - We will once again be selling ferns for the Easter season. Look for more information, coming soon.

Spring Consignment Sale
The Spring 2023 Trussville Methodist Consignment Sale will be the week of March 12th-18th.
We need you! Pastor Steve has asked for at least 100 volunteers to pledge their time to help with the Spring sale. That means you only need to volunteer one 2-hour shift. No matter your level of physical ability, there is a job for you. Volunteer registration starts Sunday, January 29th at 4PM. Remember all volunteers get to shop the sale early on March 15th before the public. Sign up sheets will be located in the CLC, transept and church office. You may also email Carolyn Matthews at ccmatthews137@gmail.com to let her know your availability. THANK YOU FOR ACCEPTING THE CHALLENGE!

We need Nursery Workers!
If you are interested, please contact the church office for more information. Must be at least 18 years of age and complete Safe Sanctuary Training and a background check.

To all Youth and Confirmand Parents
We ask that all the youth and confirmand parents join us on Sunday, January 29th. We will eat, fellowship, have games, and you can sit in on our lesson. We will take a short 10-15 min. break after eating to meet with parents about the upcoming schedule. Please let me know that you are planning to attend so that we have enough food for everyone. Lunch and Learn: Independent Methodist

Naomi Girls Luncheon
Our next Naomi Girls Meeting will be on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 11:30 at Olive Garden in Trussville. Be sure to RSVP Linda Shaddix by Feb. 16, 2023. All Naomi Girls please try to attend, we will decide our project for 2023.

UMM Monthly Meeting
The United Methodist Men will conduct their next monthly meeting on Sunday, February 12, 2023. Breakfast will be served at 7:00 am in the Fellowship Hall, followed by the meeting. Chris Bond, the Executive Director of Designs for Hope, a non-profit that exists to Equip and Empower disciple makers in developing regions, is our speaker. Their Vision is to design and deliver innovative solutions to the physical and spiritual needs of disciple makers, which empowers them to ignite their communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Breakfast will be provided by the Friendship class. As always, children and wives are welcome at meetings. Community Food Bank
The Mission Team volunteers this month at the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama from 9:00 to 11:30 am on Thursday, February 16, 2023. We welcome ALL who wish to help! If you would like to join the team, please call Charlene Sharp at 205-835-2691 or email at csharp@bellsouth.net to register.

Organ Fundraiser Update
We are still in need of donations to help with the cost of our organ. The goal is $94,000. Thanks to generous donors, we have raised over $41,650. If you would like to make a donation, please select the organ option online or write “Organ Fundraiser” on the memo of your check. All gifts are greatly appreciated.
