Do I have to sign up for an account on the mobile app?

Answer:

No. Signing up for an app account is OPTIONAL, but there are benefits to having an account with Ministry Brands, including:

• The ability to view your Ministry Brands (formerly Shelby) giving records.
• Access to the member directory on the app
• Access to groups on the app. (Coming soon!)
• Check-in service attendance (Coming soon!)
• Managing your membership profile. This will control what information is accessible by other church members. You can also upload a picture to your profile!

Sign-ups are by invitation only, sent to the email on your current member account. By following the link through that email, it will allow the system to sync the app with your membership records.
